Hiya! My name is really JoAnn, but I go by Spring
in chats. My husband Bill and I have been married for 26 years!
We have 2 grown sons. Our eldest just got married 2 summers
ago, so we have a daughter now too! Our first grandchild,
a girl, was born on August 2 last year, just days short of
their first anniversary!
We moved to Florida in '96, and find all the
wild life here great fun! (What I mean here is snakes, raccoons,
armadillos, lizards, birds, etc.) Just ask, I probably have
a good new story! We also love to travel!
In 1994 I was given the diagnosis of probable
MS. As of October `99, that is changed. I am now diagnosed
with Sjögren's Syndrome with demyelinating disease. The symptoms
I have are very much like MS, and that is why it took long
for a diagnosis I guess. Or maybe I have both. Who knows how
long I have had it...probably since back in '73. I've been
on the Internet since 92, so have watched the number of MS
related sites go from 3 to countless! Now I am cruising the
internet for a new purpose, finding information on Sjögren's
Syndrome (SjS). Those of you just now getting your diagnosis
are really lucky at the resources that are at your fingertips.
I now have the most wonderful group of on-line
friends I ever could have imagined. I am very much looking
forward to meeting you at chat or on the nessage boards. Chow!
